Looking for a private personal training experience that gets results, and is tailored to your individual needs and time schedule?

Offering in-studio, in-home, or virtual private & duet sessions.

These sessions may include Pilates (mat or apparatus), fitness coaching, corrective exercise, mobility training, strength and balance training. After our first session, I will recommend a program to meet your specific goals.

Looking to increase balance, motor control, and improve movement as you age? Looking for movement therapies to help manage symptoms of a neurological condition?

I believe that balancing the body and all its systems is the key to opening pathways for pain-free movement , and living an active lifestyle. Depending on your needs, we’ll use different modalities to challenge the mind and body as a whole. To learn more about my method, click here.
