Studio REformer
(Mondays 9am- in Person)
Improve posture and build strength with this Pilates Reformer IN STUDIO class. This small group class practices the Pilates foundations, and develops good habits and strength using exercise progressions to challenge and modify for individual needs. Individual attention and for correction is given to each atendee several times throughout the 50min class, so that participant can improve and perfect their Pilates practice.
(Class is located in the Walnut Creek Studio location off Camino Diablo Blvd).

PILATES MAT CLASS (55+)
(TUES & THURS 8:30AM- ON ZOOM)
This online and LIVE Pilates class is designed specifically for adults age 55+, emphasizing core stability, strength, muscle flexibility, and joint mobility. With modified Pilates exercises and light strength training incorporated into each class, participants can safely enhance their physical well-being while enjoying a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Attend 1 or 2 days a week!

Pilates Stretch + Balance

A feel good class that works on flexibility, active joint mobility, core stability, and balance exercises using Pilates exercises , and dynamic stretching/ mobility techniques. A great cross training class to any strength routine, or for those who want more flexibility and better balance.

Good Morning Pilates + STRENGTH

A class for the early riser that has it all! A fusion between weight training, mat Pilates, and stretching, that will give a wide range of modifications and challenges. Perfect for active adults, who may need some modifications but still want to feel challenged!

CLASSICAL PILATES (INT/ ADV)

This classical Pilates mat class emphasizes advanced techniques designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and body awareness through precise and controlled movements using body weight, and a mat! This workout will get you moving and give you a great workout using the original Pilates exercises, with modifications given if needed. [Previous Pilates experience required].
