I’ve worked with people with Neurological conditions for over a decade, and with active seniors for two decades. I am constantly inspired by peoples journeys and the individual challenges they overcome.

WHO IS THIS FOR

My Neuro-Movement sessions and client programs are specifically designed for individuals with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury, TBI, Stroke, and Neuropathy. Other individuals can also benefit greatly from Neuro-movement sessions such as active seniors looking to improve balance, memory, reaction time, and the brain- body connection.

WHAT IS IT

Neuro-Movement is a personalized exercise program that includes emphasis on challenging the brain through simultaneous movement and brain games. A combination of Pilates, functional training (squatting, lunging, bending, walking), and brain games are used.

These programs promote neuroplasticity in the brain (the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections) and keeps the body balanced .  Neuro-Movement workouts also increase strength, stability, balance (fall prevention), flexibility, posture and can help with symptom management for certain disorders.
