I’m a Bay Area based Certified Pilates teacher (Balanced Body) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer with 20 years of experience.
My teaching style is candid and honest, helping you move freely through your daily life. I incorporate methods from Pilates, Strength Training, and Mobility training, to help my clients balance their bodies, prevent and work through injuries, and achieve their fitness goals!
