I’m a Bay Area based Certified Pilates teacher (Balanced Body) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer with over 17 years of experience.
So much of life happens in the smallest moments. My teaching style is candid and honest, helping you move freely through your daily life. This isn’t just about reaching your goal weight, or about fitting into smaller jeans. While those are certainly some people’s reasons to start, let’s also leave space for the realness that is life. Whatever fitness and health looks like to you, whatever you’re going through, I am here to support your journey.
